SCREEN-SOL MATRIX

Emulsion

 Pre-polymerized diazo photo-emulsion for preparing screens used in flat screen printing on textiles, paper, and glass. Suitable for both water-based and solvent-based inks, offering high resistance to abrasive components. Dual-cure emulsion, blue in color, with excellent chemical and mechanical resistance — ideal for long runs and for printing on textiles, paper, glass, and ceramics. Provides sharp definition up to 150 threads/cm. Solid content 46 %, viscosity ≈ 30,000 cps (25 °C).

Handle in a darkroom or under yellow light. Dissolve the diazo powder in demineralized water, mix thoroughly, then add to the SCREEN-SOL MATRIX emulsion and stir well. 
Allow about 2 hours for deaeration before use.

ADHESIVE W

LiquidConcentrated water-based adhesive designed for textile printing tables and pallets used for T-shirt and pre-cut garment printing. Suitable for textile printing tables, pallets, and mats. It provides strong adhesion even on heavy fabrics and sweatshirts, is easy to apply, solvent-free, odorless, and eco-friendly.

The product is ready to use and can be diluted with up to 30% water. It can be applied with a brush, squeegee, roller, or spray gun. Allow to dry at room temperature or accelerate drying with a flash cure unit. To clean or reactivate the adhesive, simply wipe with water; additional layers can be applied over the used adhesive. To remove it completely, use a washing solvent.


EXTRA TACK FLASH

Spray High-adhesion spray adhesive specially formulated for the textile screen printing industry. It ensures excellent fabric stability during printing and resists heat from flash cure units. Suitable for silk, cotton, synthetic, and blended fabrics. Provides long-lasting tack, does not stain printed garments, and is compatible with all types of printing machines.
Shake well before use. For best results, spray from a distance of about 30 cm. The amount applied can be adjusted according to printing requirements.
